Each file answers one money question for your business. You type your numbers, the formulas do the rest.
Profit vs cash
Profitable on paper, but the bank account is empty? A 12-month model shows profit and cash side by side: equipment, loan payments, unpaid invoices and stock on the shelf, and the low-cash month before it happens. Profit is on paper. Cash pays the rent.
Pricing: markup vs margin
A 30% markup is not a 30% margin: margin is counted from the price. Type the margin you want and the sheet gives you the price after card fees, your profit per unit and how many units you need to sell to break even.
Inventory with minimums
Log what comes in and what goes out. The sheet counts stock on hand and days of cover. Give each item a minimum and the row turns red when it drops below. Filter on REORDER and that's your shopping list, before the shelf is empty.
Who owes whom
Goods you shipped, payments you received, goods the same company shipped you. A balance card nets it all into one number per customer or supplier, so reconciliation is arithmetic, not an argument.

Drivers, revenue and costs, equipment and loans, working capital, P&L, cash flow and balance sheet. Customers start paying in 45 days instead of 30? Change one cell and see what it does to your cash.
Notes and receipts → one sheet
Notes, receipts and sticky reminders become rows with a date, an item and an amount. Formulas check every row and flag what's missing.
Built so a wrong click can't break it
The same rules in every file, so you always know where to type and whether the result can be trusted.
Only the yellow cells take your numbers. Blue cells hold the formulas — locked, don't touch. Everything else calculates itself.
Formula cells are protected. Nobody can type over a total by accident and break every number below it.
A separate sheet tests the whole file: totals match their parts, every line is accounted for. If something breaks, it says ERROR instead of handing you a wrong number.
It's a regular Excel file, and in Excel it works offline. No app to install, no login.
